Monday Morning Memo 11/22/21

I want to send my fellow colleagues Dan Olson and Matt Shannon  kudos. Thank you for always being a consistent beacon for me.  They have become such positive influences this year and I want them to know how much I appreciate it. Whether it is planning, discussing a student’s need, or just helping me become the best teacher I can be, they have shown me support, encouragement and patience.   They make Stanton a better place.
-From Laura Livesay

Everyone that participated in the 5th Grade MTSS meeting last week as we developed a behavior plan to meet the needs of a student that has been struggling in unstructured settings.
and
Jessica Urban for meeting with a parent last week to collaborate on the struggles of her kids.  Together, we developed a plan that included school and home!
-From Jeff Sefcik

Thanks to the amazing kitchen team who prepared a delicious Thanksgiving meal for the staff!  You brightened our day.
and
Thank you to Lisa Werner, who continues to go above and beyond in supporting all students. It is evident how much you care.
and
Thanks to Victoria Miller, who answers my questions and helps me problem-solve.  I appreciate your help.
and
Thank you to Lynn Smolen, who is always there to support her special ed team.  Her leadership is much appreciated.
 - From Mary Santi

I have a shoutout to Erica Barraza for helping the 4th grade team with our new math unit and to Russ Xhemaili for always going above and beyond (the staff and kids so appreciate him)!
-From Victoria Corrado

Thank you Al Giandonato for your help with the Thanksgiving Lunch!
We were really shorthanded today districtwide, you were a lifesaver.
