Monday Morning Memo 5/1/23---HAPPY MAY!!!

For all those who do Medicaid billing, this is your reminder to do it! We need you to please stay on top of this!!! THANK YOU!!!! 😁

If you have no idea what this means...you don't have to do it! YAY!!!!

A HUGE thank you to Dan Olsen, Cassie Curtis, Rich Bressett, Kathleen Winkiel, Veronica Kretz, Fred Miller and Katie Jalove-Fillappelli for opening their classrooms to me!  You all have welcomed me into your rooms this year and made me feel right at home!! And a HEARTFELT THANK YOU to Kendra Smeigh and Chris Carvell for making each and every day in the Stanton Wellness Dept amazing...couldn't do this job without you two!!!!
-From Kim Husko (Wellness Teacher at Stanton who has also taught from a cart for the last few years and has shown grace and flexibility the entire time!--THANK YOU, KIM!)

A BIG thanks to my teammates, Mary Foersterling, Michelle Magness, Mary Marqui-Prodzinski, Linda Rasmussen, and Tasha Phau in  PreK for staying late and helping to set up our rooms while I led the Stanton scholastic bowl team to regionals on Wednesday! I truly appreciate all you guys do!
-From Ben Landmesser (EC teacher and Stanton Scholastic Bowl sponsor)

Kudos to Anna Morris for making a template/model Powerpoint for our students' state project. She always goes above and beyond❤
-From Victoria Corrado (4th grade teacher)

Thank you to all  Stanton staff for allowing Student Council to have an amazing year.  We accomplished a lot!!! Their school spirit and love for their school has been contagious. Thank you for allowing student council’s crazy but fun spirited vision come to fruition. Georgette Franco  is amazing. She was always able and ready to order what we needed and offer a helping hand. A shout-out to all the coaches, and club leaders that read off names on their rosters at all 4 pep rallies.  The feedback from the students of hearing their names announced was “Way Cool”.

Friday’s pep rally was the last of the year and it was really fun. We couldn’t have pulled it off without Dan Olson, Bryan Bailey, Rich Bressett, Chris Carvel, Kendra Smeigh, Ben Landmesser, Brian Crask, David Roat, and Stephanie Kaye. We can’t wait to see what next year’s group comes up with!
-From Laura Livesay (8th grade Science teacher and Stanton Student Council sponsor)

Thanks to Cheryl Schuck for her help with a request.  You went above and beyond.
And
Thank you to Mike Szotek, who helped to support a student.
And
Thank you so much to Nicole Brinkman, Alana Carlson, Mollie Herchenbach, Kim Rauchfuss, Lynn Smolen and Lisa Werner for attending a meeting that went beyond the school day.  Your support in accommodating a parent's schedule was much appreciated.
Mary Santi (2nd and 3rd grade case manager)

Thank you Don for assisting with the chairs in the ECSE classroom. We are so appreciative of your time, resources and insight on how to modify our chairs for our growing learners.
And,
Thank you to Dina and Cheryl who came to assist and check in with us this week and to fill in gaps for staffing when necessary. One Team, All In. Your support was monumental for our success! Thank you so much! Hugs!
And,
Colleen, Ellie, Fiona, Stephanie and Lisa, thank you all for being flexible with your schedules and your mindset-on Thursday and Friday. I appreciate you!
And,
To my Pre-K team: Michelle, Mary F, Ben-Thank you for being incredibly supportive and kind while you share resources and ideas to make the end of the school year a fantastic success! I’m so proud to be a part of this team!
-From Erin Donovan (Early Childhood teacher)
